Christmas Mini Photoshoot Sessions 2023

Don’t be fooled by this late Indian Summer….Winter is just round the corner ….which means it’s time to book in for one of my Christmas Mini Photoshoots! I’ve already had lots of interest so these are likely to be gone quickly! This year there are THREE beautiful backdrop set ups to choose from! Unlike last year’s options, none of the below options offer the opportunity for parents to be photographed on the sets as they are only suitable for children HOWEVER, I do plan on having a plain paper backdrop roll also out at each of the different sessions, to be able to offer you the chance to have a family photo should you wish. Please read carefully to see which backdrops will be being used on which dates…

Option 1: Wooden gate & Fur trees

A gorgeous new backdrop for 2023! This lovely backdrop features an outdoor snow scene with fur trees and a wooden gate. Clothing wise, red outfits will look particularly awesome on this backdrop! But golds/beiges/silver will also work well. As it’s an outdoor scene, you’re also welcome to bring along coats and woolly hats. It’s a backdrop with a height of 5ft so is only suitable for babies capable of sitting up and children. Parents will NOT be photographed on this backdrop as this is a shorter backdrop

This backdrop will be used on Saturday 14th October and Sunday 15th October (scroll down to see available times)

Option 2: White paper trees

A really popular backdrop last used in 2019, a beautiful grey backdrop with white paper Xmas trees. Your little ones will look wonderful in bold colours, particularly red or navy. At 5ft high, this again, only suits children and sitting babies. Parents will NOT be photographed on this backdrop as this is a shorter backdrop.

This backdrop will be used on Saturday 28th October and Sunday 29th October (scroll down to see available times)

Option 3: Christmas Living Room SOLD OUT!

Another new backdrop for 2023, this stunning living room scene features Christmas trees, gifts and a traditional rocking horse. Your children will look fabulous in whites, beiges, pinks, pale blues, silver or gold! At 5ft high, this again, only suits children and sitting babies. Parents will NOT be photographed on this backdrop as this is a shorter backdrop.

This backdrop will be used on Sunday 5th November (scroll down to see available times)

The Cost

Session Fee – £30

The session fee is required in order to secure a booking and then there are 3 digital image packages to choose from after you have viewed your gallery (please note, all digital images are sent via email for you to download as high resolution jpeg images) meaning you have the freedom to print your images to make photo Christmas gifts or prints as many times as you wish:

Snowflake – £70

Three high resolution digital images sent via email to download

Snowball- £90

Four high resolution digital images sent via email to download

Snowman – £160

All of the images in your gallery (minimum of 10)  high resolution digital images sent via email to download. A digital Christmas card design sent via email.

How to book

The Mini sessions are taking place on the following dates:  (Updated as often as I can, to try and show a better representation of which slots are still available)

Option 1: Wooden Gate Backdrop

• Saturday 14th October: 9:00am, 9:20am, 9:40am, 10:00am, 10:20am, 10:40am, 11am, 11:20am, 11:40am, 1:20pm, 1:40pm, 2:00pm, 2:20pm, 2:40pm
• Sunday 15th October: 9:00am, 9:20am, 9:40am, 10:00am, 10:20am, 10:40am, 11am, 11:20am, 11:40am, 1:20pm, 1:40pm, 2:00pm, 2:20pm, 2:40pm

Option 2: White Paper Trees Backdrop

• Saturday 28th October: 9:00am, 9:20am, 9:40am, 10:00am, 10:20am, 10:40am, 11am, 11:20am, 11:40am, 1:20pm, 1:40pm, 2:00pm, 2:20pm, 2:40pm

Option 3: Christmas Living room Backdrop SOLD OUT

• Sunday 5th November: 9:00am, 9:20am, 9:40am, 10:00am, 10:20am, 10:40am, 11am, 11:20am, 11:40am, 1:20pm, 1:40pm, 2:00pm, 2:20pm, 2:40pm

To book a session please email me at  sarah@sarahhartphotography.com and state which date you would like and a preference for a time or two and I will reply back with a suitable session time on your chosen date.

The Christmas mini sessions are for a maximum of 4 children (my backdrop size limits me to this number per shoot). Babies are welcome but must be able to sit unaided (approximately 6 months+) or sit with a sibling’s support as the set is not suitable for younger babies.
