Christmas Mini Photoshoots 2024

The kids are back at school, the leaves are starting to turn….can only mean one thing….it’s time to book in for one of my Christmas Mini Photoshoots! I’ve already had lots of interest so these are likely to be gone quickly! Like last year, you’ve got a choice to make as there are three different sets to choose from. Please read carefully to see which backdrops will be being used on which dates…

Option 1: The Christmas bed – perfect for younger children and babies

Last used in 2020, this gorgeous backdrop features a festive bed. Bring your PJs and some Christmas cuddly toys! It’s a backdrop with a height of 5ft so is better suited to babies capable of sitting up and children. Not suitable for adults.

This backdrop will be used on Saturday 19th October (scroll down to see available times). If this option proves popular, I will add on additional dates for Sunday 20th October.

THIS OPTION HAS NOW SOLD OUT! Option 2: The Outdoor Festive Window Scene – perfect for older children and families

NEW for 2024! An outdoor festive window scene with cobblestone snowy floor. This stunning backdrop is HUGE so is perfect for the whole family. At 8ft high, this is actually a taller backdrop than all my other backdrops so it suits older children and whole family shots (including mum and/or dad) if you would like. As the design is so large, this is much more suited to older children (2 years plus). This backdrop will be perfect for glamorous dresses and formal wear – in any colours, but silvers or golds will work well.

*PLEASE NOTE it is totally possible to book this backdrop for toddlers and babies who are sitting but please be aware you will not see all of the backdrop in most of the images – you’ll see elements of the backdrop. I do have little chairs and stools which can be used in some of the images to raise smaller children up in a few shots. Plus parents can also hold babies in their arms to get a fuller part of the scene.

Option 3: The Candycane Shop – perfect for younger children and babies

Another NEW backdrop for 2024! A cute little Candycane shop complete with red and white striped sweets! It’s a backdrop with a height of 6ft so is perfect for babies capable of sitting up and children. Winter woolly jumpers or cute little Christmas outfits will work best with this backdrop. Think red and white, greys and silvers, forest greens, beiges or navy clothing for this scene.

This backdrop will be used on Saturday 23rd November and Sunday 24th November (scroll down to see available times)

The Cost

Session Fee – £35

The session fee is required in order to secure a booking and then there are 3 digital image packages to choose from after you have viewed your gallery (please note, all digital images are sent via email for you to download as high resolution jpeg images) meaning you have the freedom to print your images to make photo Christmas gifts or prints as many times as you wish:

Snowflake – £70

Three high resolution digital images sent via email to download

Snowball- £90

Four high resolution digital images sent via email to download

Snowman – £160

All of the images in your gallery (minimum of 10)  high resolution digital images sent via email to download. A digital Christmas card design sent via email.

How to book

The Mini sessions are taking place on the following dates:  (Updated as often as I can, to try and show a better representation of which slots are still available)

Option 1: Festive Bed

• Saturday 19th October: 9am, 9:30am, 10am, 10:30am, 11am, 11:30am, 12pm, 1:30pm, 2pm, 2:30pm, 3pm

To book a session please email me at  sarah@sarahhartphotography.com and state which date you would like and a preference for a time or two and I will reply back with a suitable session time on your chosen date.

The Christmas mini sessions are for a maximum of 4 children. Babies are welcome but must be able to sit unaided (approximately 6 months+) or sit with a sibling’s support as the set is not suitable for younger babies.
