The Photography Studio

Here at my cosy Tonbridge photography studio in Kent, every care is taken to provide clients with a relaxing experience at their photoshoot. Situated in North Tonbridge, my garden studio is clean, bright and welcoming.

What to expect

On arrival for your photography session, you’ll need to ring my doorbell – I’ll then open up my garage to welcome you in to my studio at the bottom of my garden. Designed by myself and built by Booths Garden Studios, the main studio room is light and airy, with a seating area for clients to watch me work with your babies at their photoshoot. The main shooting area holds floor to ceiling backdrops which are perfect for any family portrait images. And at the back of the studio, there’s a small storage area to house my many backdrops, props and cake smash outfits, along with a toilet and wash facilities.

Newborn Photography

I predominantly work with newborns and older babies and so the studio is full to the brim with blankets, wraps and backdrops in a rainbow of colours to suit all tastes. If you are visiting for a newborn photoshoot, I work with newborn safety in mind at all times. Newborns are posed on my newborn photography bean bag with a frame surround – this helps to create perfect smooth blanket backdrops for your baby to lie on. I’ve also a range of baskets, bowls and other newborn photography props for clients to choose from.

As well as the photography props, I also have a supply of newborn nappies, wipes etc and a newborn changing unit to help with cleaning your newborn during their newborn session.

Wall art and photography products

Wall art is displayed on the walls of my Tonbridge photography studio, so throughout the session, you can look at the different products available to purchase. Towards the end of your photoshoot, there is time to discuss any of the frame choices or finishes to products.
