Christmas Mini Photoshoots 2025

The kids are back at school, the leaves are starting to turn….can only mean one thing….it’s time to book in for one of my Christmas Mini Photoshoots! I’ve already had lots of interest so these are likely to be gone quickly! You’ve got a choice to make as there are two different sets to choose from on different dates. Please read carefully to see which backdrops will be being used on which dates…
Option 1: The Black & Gold Living Room – perfect for all ages, including teens!
Brand new for 2025, this large backdrop is perfect for the whole family, including adults and teens. It’s a classy living room with in black with gold decor so get your glad rags and sparkles out!
This backdrop will be used on Saturday 18th October and 19th October (scroll down to see available times).
Option 2: Snowy Arch Scene – perfect for younger children and families
Also NEW for 2025! An outdoor snowy arch scene. This stunning backdrop is another large one so is perfect for the whole family. This backdrop will be perfect for pretty dresses/formal wear or thick woolly jumpers and Winter wear – in any colours, but reds and greens will work really well.
This backdrop will be used on Saturday 1st November, Sunday 2nd November, Friday 21st November, Saturday 22nd November and Sunday 23rd November (scroll down to see available times)
The Cost
Session Fee – £35
The session fee is required in order to secure a booking and then there are 3 digital image packages to choose from after you have viewed your gallery (please note, all digital images are sent via email for you to download as high resolution jpeg images) meaning you have the freedom to print your images to make photo Christmas gifts or prints as many times as you wish:
Snowflake – £70
Three high resolution digital images sent via email to download
Snowball- £90
Four high resolution digital images sent via email to download
Snowman – £160
All of the images in your gallery (minimum of 10) high resolution digital images sent via email to download. A digital Christmas card design sent via email.
How to book
The Mini sessions are taking place on the following dates: (Updated as often as I can, to try and show a better representation of which slots are still available)
Option 1: Black and Gold Living Room
- Saturday 18th October: 10:30am, 11:30am, 12pm, 1:30pm, 3pm
- Sunday 19th October: 9:30am, 10am, 11:30am, 12pm,
Option 2: Snow Scene with Garland Arch
- Saturday 1st November: SOLD OUT
- Sunday 2nd November: SOLD OUT
- Friday 21st November: 9am, 10am, 10:30am, 11:30am, 12pm, 1:30pm, 2pm, 2:30pm,
- Saturday 22nd: SOLD OUT
- Sunday 23rd November: 9am, 11am,
To book a session please email me at sarah@sarahhartphotography.com and state which date you would like and a preference for a time or two and I will reply back with a suitable session time on your chosen date.
